Founded by mother-and-son duo Amber and Drew Gabriel, the business combines culinary creativity, thoughtful design, and genuine hospitality to create one-of-a-kind events that leave lasting impressions.

The inspiration behind Bites and Delites comes from the unique talents each brings to the business. Drew, a culinary student at the Gene Burton Academy, has developed a passion for food, presentation, and creating memorable flavors. His education, creativity, and enthusiasm continue to shape many of the concepts behind the company's signature offerings.

​

Beyond the kitchen, Drew is deeply involved in the Rockwall community. He is an active member of Boys Team Charity, serves in National Honor Society, and has proudly played Rockwall-Heath Lacrosse for the past four years. His dedication to leadership, service, teamwork, and excellence carries over into every event Bites and Delites creates.

​

Amber brings an entirely different, yet equally important, skill set to the business. With a degree in Graphic Design, she spent years working professionally before becoming a stay-at-home mom, where she continued pursuing freelance design while raising her family. Throughout the years, she naturally became the planner behind countless school functions, family celebrations, community events, and group trips, developing a passion for creating experiences that are both beautiful and meaningful. She also designs custom event branding, apparel, signage, and promotional materials, bringing her creative eye to every detail. That same thoughtful approach now defines every Bites and Delites event.

Her volunteer work has become a natural extension of that passion. As the Event Coordinator for Boys Team Charity, Amber works alongside her two sons planning service projects, fundraising events, and memorable experiences for participating families. While giving back to her community is incredibly rewarding, it's the time spent serving alongside her sons that she treasures most. Those experiences not only strengthened their bond but also inspired the collaborative spirit behind Bites and Delites. Today, working alongside Drew every day is more than building a business, it's continuing a journey they began years ago, serving others together while making memories of their own.

Together, the pair has built more than a food cart business, they've created a fully customizable event experience.

While charcuterie remains one of their signature specialties, Bites and Delites offers far more than traditional grazing boards. Their mobile carts can be transformed into custom candy carts, dessert bars, sandwich stations, snack carts, breakfast spreads, and completely personalized food experiences designed around each client's vision. Every cart is individually styled with custom décor that complements the event's theme, colors, and personality, making each celebration feel truly one-of-a-kind.
